Hello Rosa.
Hello.
Welcome.
Thank you very much.
Thank you for being here.
Ah, thank you so much for having me.
How do you feel?
Yeah, really good.
I'm excited.
Maybe people know you, so I was talking about Let's Eat Grandma.
Also you did the music for video game Cyber Punk.
Yeah.
So how would you define the sound of your music?
We're going to hear you sing.
How would you define it for someone who has never heard the sound of the music that you do?
Ah, that's a difficult question.
The music that I do with my band is very different from my solo music
which is yet to be released.
You can be released soon.
Yeah, but I guess there's some thru-flyers.
Like it's just like weird pop, really.
Ok, juste chelou à un propos.
Ok, great.
And so you have an album dropping soon.
Vous avez un album qui sort bientôt?
Yeah, I don't know if that's actually something
which has been announced yet.
So I guess no, I don't have an album dropping soon.
Eventually it's gonna...
Eventually it might exist if I come out.
It's possible.
You're here to sing something, a song from David Bowie.
My first question would be about that.
I guess he's been an influence somehow.
So how?
I mean, yeah, in so many ways.
I'm gonna do Drive in Saturday, which is my favourite Bowie song.
Which conveniently is a less well-known one
cause I didn't want to absolutely murder Starman or something like that.
I get it.
Yeah, just Bowie's whole attitude
and everything to being an artist, I guess.
As so many artists, it's incredibly inspiring.
Yeah, just his whole artistic vision
and reinventing himself and all of these different characters.
Yeah, there's a lot to relate to about that
and I think that should show people a lot about what it is to be human
because he really did that and branched out with himself
and who he was and all of his art.
Yeah, yeah.
But it's really good to be able to learn
one of his songs I don't usually do cover
so it's interesting just to say
and I have obviously no idea
how he came up with all of these chords.
Yes, it's really surprising how the chords progress.
Yeah, it doesn't make any sense to me
and that's why it's so great.
Ce n'est aucun sens, c'est pour ça que c'est génial à jouer.
Well that's wonderful, we're really excited to hear you
and this is the closure of this great show.
So driving Saturday, if you want,
you can go, Elvalie Saint-Stalier, Rosa Walton,
Don't forget to turn on the light
Don't laugh baby it'll be alright
Pull me out another phone
I'll ring to see if your friends are home
Perhaps the strange ones in the door
Can learn just a book
We can read up alone
And try to get it on life once before
When people stood in Jagger's eyes and scored
Like the video films we saw
And he'd shrug and ask to stay
And she'd sigh like a twig the wonder kid
And turn her face away
But she knows she's a crash course for the ravers
It's a draw in Saturday
Young for men pay at work
Neither hands nor limbs would burst it
Hard enough to keep formation
Mid this fallout saturation
Cursing at the astronaut
Who's standing still by his cabinet
He's crashing out with Sylvia
A pure supply for aging men
With snorting head
He gazes us to the shore
A wanted rage
The seared rage no more
Like the video films we saw
And he'd shrug and ask to stay
And she'd sigh like a twig the wonder kid
And turn her face away
She's uncertain if she likes him
But she knows she really loves him
It's a crash course for the ravers
It's a draw in Saturday
